Technical Partner / CTO — Equity-Based Digital Platform Opportunity A registered Saudi startup preparing for launch is seeking a hands-on technical partner to build, launch, operate and continuously improve a digital services platform. The company name and detailed business model will be shared with suitable candidates under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into a scoped MVP, delivery milestones and a technical roadmap. - Design the architecture and database; select a suitable technology stack and hosting within an agreed budget. - Build the frontend, backend, admin dashboard, user roles and required integrations. - Test and release the MVP; maintain separate testing and production environments. - Own ongoing monitoring, performance, incident response, bug fixes and root-cause resolution. - Implement security, privacy, access controls, backups, recovery testing and updates. - Maintain and improve features, usability and scalability in line with business priorities. - Track infrastructure and licensing costs and obtain approval for spending where required. - Keep code, project accounts, documentation and operational assets under company control as agreed, with a documented continuity and handover plan. - Report progress, risks and the next milestones; coordinate any additional technical contributors agreed by the parties. You should have demonstrable experience building and launching platforms, be able to write and deliver production code personally, and be interested in a long-term partnership. Compensation: an equity stake, with the percentage, milestone-based vesting, continued involvement, commitment and any other arrangements subject to a written agreement.
